These terms of use (« Terms ») govern access to and use of the OneStore service, operated by Karei Studio (« OneStore », « we »), reachable at support@onestore.so.

1. Service description

OneStore is a SaaS platform to centralize and sync metadata, visual assets, releases, and reviews across the Apple App Store and Google Play. The service may include AI-assisted features, subscription billing, and team management.

2. Account and eligibility

  • You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • Sign-up is via OAuth (Google or GitHub) or any other method offered on the site.
  • You are responsible for keeping your session secure and for activity under your account.
  • A workspace may have multiple members with distinct roles (OWNER, ADMIN, MEMBER).

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some features or quotas require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Prices in effect at checkout apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No pro-rata refund is due for a started billing period, except where required by law.

4. Store credentials and user content

To sync your apps you may connect Apple credentials (.p8 key) and Google credentials (service account). You warrant that you have the rights to publish the apps and content involved. You remain solely responsible for compliance with Apple and Google rules, including store content and privacy policies.

OneStore encrypts credentials at rest (AES-256-GCM). We access your keys only to perform actions you request (sync, publish, binary upload, etc.).

5. Acceptable use

You must not, among other things:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes or to publish fraudulent content;
  • attempt to bypass security measures or access other users' data;
  • intentionally overload the infrastructure (abusive scraping, unauthorized automated requests);
  • resell or sublicense the service without written consent.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party stores (Apple, Google) may change APIs or reject submissions independently of OneStore. Service status is published at status.onestore.so. Support: support@onestore.so.

7. Intellectual property

OneStore, its interface, code, and brand remain our property. You retain all rights to your content (text, images, binaries). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content to the stores solely to operate the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OneStore is provided « as is ». We are not liable for review rejections, lost revenue, third-party store outages, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Termination

You may close your account from settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account for Terms violations or security risk. Upon termination, your data is handled per our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. For EU consumers, mandatory protections in your country of residence apply where required. Legal contact: support@onestore.so.
