Status
OneStore continuously monitors seven services critical to App Store and Google Play listing management: the API database, file storage, cache, App Store Connect connectivity, Google Play Console connectivity, database writes, and the macOS worker for IPA uploads. Live status and the last sync run are shown below. This page refreshes every 30 seconds.

About OneStore monitoring
OneStore uses automated probes to check App Store Connect and Google Play Console connectivity, database health, file storage availability, and cache performance. Each service is monitored independently so an issue in one area can be isolated and communicated without marking the entire platform as down. When a problem is detected, the overall status moves to Degraded or Incident and the affected capabilities are listed at the top of the page.
Automatic metadata and review syncs run every 6 hours via a dedicated Railway worker. Daily maintenance jobs handle file cleanup and storage reconciliation. Resolved incidents remain visible in the incident history section to provide a full transparency record of past service disruptions.
